Let Elton, Elvis and Robbie Entertain you at Aspers!
Aspers Northampton

Three of the UK’s top tribute acts will be launching the opening celebrations at Aspers Northampton from June 26-28.

A tribute to Elton John can be seen on Thursday June 26, while Elvis will be shaking up the venue on June 27 and Robbie will be proving he’s the one to watch on June 28.

Aspers Marketing and Events Manager Maggie Holbrook said: “We’re all about entertainment and it’s fantastic that we’ve got three excellent performers to open up the venue in style. They are the best in the business, so well worth seeing.”

Performances all start at 9pm, and admission to Aspers entertainment venue and casino in Commercial Street is free.

Elton performer John Ellis from Duston, Northampton, looks uncannily like the great man himself and also sings and plays the piano just the same. The flamboyant showman will perform all the big hits such as Pinball Wizard, Daniel and Rocket Man. John has performed all over the world during his eight years as Elvis and also has a big local following.

On the Friday night Elvis hits from the 1950s right through the musicals and Las Vegas years will be performed by one of the best soundalikes around: “With an impressive range of costumes direct from the US, the show is 100 per cent authentic,” Maggie added.

Finally, the ‘He’s the One’ show has just returned from a sell-out tour of the West Indies, where the tribute to Robbie Williams proved very popular. The show in Northampton on Saturday June 28 features all of Robbie’s top hits plus lots of cheeky patter.
