Simon Rowsell has been appointed Customer Services Manager responsible for overseeing 20 gaming machines, 40 touch bet machines and 32 table games at the city centre casino. Mr Rowsell has 23 years experience in the casino industry including stints in casinos in Cardiff, Bristol and Bournemouth.
