    Success At Aspers

Joe has been working at Aspers Stratford, London since 2011, where he started as a Gaming Supervisor. In November 2013 Joe furthered his career at Aspers, after successfully securing the position of Customer Service Manager – Gaming; he has since been an integral member of the middle management team in Live Table Gaming.

As part of the Aspers Succession Planning Programme Joe has attended numerous workshops and last year completed an ILM Level 3 Apprenticeship in Advanced Management.  In addition to learning opportunities driven by the succession planning programme, Joe has grasped opportunity to raise his profile through a number of operational activities, most notably being featured on the Aspers Stratford, London website as the “How to Play” champion and facilitator.

Since his career started at Aspers, Joe has worked hard to realise his career ambitions and has just been promoted to our new Head of Live Table Gaming.
