  • Ronnie MoncurChief Risk Officer

    Prior to joining Aspers Ronnie held Compliance and Regulatory positions with Ladbrokes and Ladbrokes Coral. Ronnie focused on due diligence, regulatory and anti-trust approvals across multiple regulatory bodies both in the UK and internationally whilst in these roles. Post the Gambling Act 2005, he steered Ladbrokes through the changes required to comply with the Act and has worked closely with trade associations, regulators and other operators.

  • David TaitGeneral Manager - Aspers Newcastle

    David started his gaming career in 2002 working for major Bingo operators in the UK,  where he became a General Manager of flagship sites in London and Kent.

    In June 2016 David moved across to the casino sector and Joined Aspers Casino Stratford, in January 2018 David relocated and was appointed General Manager of Aspers Newcastle.

    In 1988 Richard joined the Noble Organisation (no relation), the town centre arcade and bingo company. During an 18 year tenure he managed and opened various properties including arcades, family entertainment centres, bingo halls and food & beverage outlets. He joined Aspers in 2006 and currently oversees the commercial operations at all Aspers properties.

  • Luke PerkinsGeneral Manager – The Casino MK

    Luke joined the Gaming Industry at the age of 18 in 1998 and trained as a croupier for Stakis in Northampton, going on to join Grosvenor in Reading as an Inspector. Luke went on to work in Ireland at The 78 Club, Sky City in New Zealand also had a period working for Century Casino Prague based on Silver Sea Cruise Ships.

    Luke joined Aspers Northampton in 2008 as an Operations Manager, moved to Player Relations Manager then progressed to Assistant General Manager where he successfully obtained a BA Hons Degree in Hospitality Management. In 2014 he moved to Milton Keynes as General Manager Designate. Having spent 6 months working as part of the senior management team at Aspers Stratford, Luke returned to Aspers Northampton to head up the site as General Manager.

  • Nigel HartlandMarket Place Manager - Aspers Provincial Casinos

    Following 25 years in the bingo industry working for major operators as a General Manager and opening new builds in Scotland and the North East, Nigel started his Aspers career in August 2009 as a project manager. In December 2009 Nigel took over as General Manager of Aspers Northampton moving to Milton Keynes in January 2013 to oversee the launch of Aspers second large licence casino. In July 2014 Nigel returned to the North East as General Manager of the first Aspers Casino in Newcastle, then back to Milton Keynes in July 2016 where Nigel became Market Place Manager for Northampton as well as General Manager at Milton Keynes. When the businesses reopened in May 2021, following lockdown, Nigel was appointed Market Place Manger for the three Aspers provincial casinos, Newcastle, Northampton and Milton Keynes based back in Northampton.
